TI’s Akoo Clothing Line

Spending his last days before entering the slammer, TI rushed in doing good. This month, TI will utilize his non profit K.I.N.G. foundation next week to hold an anti-gun and violence rally in Harlem, NY. This effort will be assisted by Reverend Al Sharpton’s National Action Network, the LIFE Camp, and the Political Swagger Foundation.

Just recently, a 13-year-old kid was fatally shot in the head on a Harlem street corner. In Queens, a double homicide also claimed the lives of a 17 and 19 year old. The involved groups which are called “Responsibility is a Lifestyle: It’s Time To Bury Da Beef”, plan to initiate a call to action to engage elected officials, community organizers, artists and every American citizen to accept responsibility to build safer communities.

TI’s best friend, Philant Johnson, got murdered in 2006, in a shooting after a concert. TI then was convicted of several felony weapons charges last year. Since his conviction, TI has spent his time traveling and speaking to the youth against guns.  We know this anti-gun initiative is for the better youth of America… but we also know that TI’s AKOO Clothing Line is also intended for the young at heart.  Check out this AKOO Tooth and Nail Short:
