TI must be a proud fiancé as his other half, Tiny, is the star of a very successful reality show on BET. Tiny and her friend, Toya (Lil’ Wayne’s baby mama) made their reality show as the highest-rating show on BET’s history and the show’s second season has just been confirmed. The second season filming for Tiny and Toya has started, this time not only following Tiny and Toya, but also their kids’ group: The OMG Girlz. Tiny’s daughter, Zonnique and Toya’s daughter, Reginae are members of the group along with two other girls, Bahjah and Lourdes.
Now whose parent won’t be proud seeing their kids on the roll? TI would be proud too, as Zonnique clearly takes things seriously when it comes to business. And although she’s not blood-related to TI, Zonnique appears to inherit Tip’s swagger.

On September 25, 1980, a baby named Clifford Joseph Harris Jr. was born and the world has never been the same again. Later on the baby would be known best as one of the biggest names in hip hop, even dubbed “The King of The South”. But we –of course- know him as TI.
There is little information on how Tiny celebrates her boo’s birthday, but we bet she’s over at the Kansas prison right now and being there for TI, as he spoiled her with lavish presents even from behind bars on her birthday a few months ago.

In honor of TI’s birthday, we thought we’d assemble an all-AKOO outfit to celebrate.

Directed by John Luessenhop, Takers is due to release in 2010. If you like heist movies, this one’s for you. Takers tells a story about a notorious group of criminals that keep the police guessing by pulling off perfectly organized and executed bank robberies. We’re talking smooth criminals, no evidence and stuff. Of course, they have to answer a challenge posed by a detective who’s determined to solve the case… at their last job.
We don’t know the ending, and if we do, we’re not telling you. But we do have a trailer and check your boy Tip in his sleek suit.
We’re so excited as new AKOO stuff are confirmed to come your way. Before you see it anywhere else, we took a peek on the upcoming collection that will complete the Fall 09 lineup, and they are simply awesome.

Congratulations is in order for TI, as he finally wins his first MTV Video Music Awards after four consecutive nominations for the Best Male Video category. We’re wondering if he’s heard about this in prison. Hope he watched the whole show. Tiny must be real proud of her man. However, she wasn’t the one receiving TI’s Moon Man, Diddy did, and we all hope it’s sitting in Tip’s mantle by now. We don’t need another drama after the whole Kanye-stealing-Taylor-Swift’s-moment fiasco. It’s just time to celebrate.

Being away in prison doesn’t mean TI is off the list of some of the biggest awards. Take MTV Video Music Awards, which will be held in September 13, 2009. TI’s “Live Your Life” video sits among the nominees of the Best Male Video Award, along with Eminem’s “We Made You”, Jay-Z’s “D.O.A. (Death of Auto-Tune)”, Ne-Yo’s “Miss Independent” and Kanye West’s “Love Lockdown”.
This is TI’s fourth consecutive Best Male nomination on the MTV Video Music Awards, and he never won a Moonman in any category before, unlike Eminem who snagged the Best Male Video Award for “The Real Slim Shady” in 2000 and “Without Me” in 2002. Kanye West has also won the Best Male Video award for his 2005 song: “Jesus Walks”. Tip, Jay-Z and Ne-Yo have been nominated to get the Moonman, however none of the three have won the category just yet.
